Noty
The list lives on Outline; Noty gives it the interface it never had. Tap to tick, drag to reorder, move a task to another section: the document stays yours, saving happens on its own. The app is free: €4.99/month buys one thing only, sharing.
A macOS app, signed and notarized. The desktop build has notes too.

What it does
A single document, handled the way an app should handle it: no Save button, and nothing lost along the way.
Native ticking and reordering
A real checkbox with haptic feedback, and reordering by dragging the row — the two things a phone browser can’t quite manage.
Sections, not one long list
The document’s headings become collapsible sections, and the ⋯ menu moves a task from one to another.
Automatic saving
Every change goes out by itself after 800 ms, with an indicator telling you whether it reached Outline. Pull-to-refresh saves before it reloads.
Your own Outline account
OAuth with PKCE: the app writes as you, the tokens stay in the phone’s keychain and no secret ever ships in the bundle.
The document stays a document
The parser keeps every non-task line verbatim: a full round-trip with no edits rewrites the markdown identically. Noty doesn’t reformat what you wrote.
Three platforms, one codebase
iOS, Android and the web from the same source. On the web a server-side proxy talks to Outline, because a bundle anyone can download cannot hold a credential.
Coming soon
Your list, finally usable from a phone
Noty is on its way to the App Store and Google Play, and it runs in the browser too. Everything above is free, with no time limit: the €4.99/month subscription does one thing, turn on sharing your lists with other people. It needs an Outline instance: the list stays a document of yours, Noty is only the way to work with it on the move.
Free. €4.99/month only if you turn on sharing. We keep no data: the list lives on your Outline.
