What’s inside
A curated catalogue, not an endless feed. A few pages a day, chosen one by one.
The lectern
Today’s pages, one after another: a single passage at a time, with author and work always in plain sight. When they end, they end.
Search by word or author
A word, an author, a work: search covers the whole catalogue, and every author page leads to all of their passages.
Thematic collections
Curated paths that hold together texts from different centuries around one theme, in the order worth reading them.
Your anthology
A heart on a passage isn’t applause — it’s a bookmark. Everything you loved comes back in your anthology, ready to reread.
Moderated comments
Every comment is approved before it appears, and its author sees their own one waiting. Noise doesn’t end up under a text like this.
Rights respected by design
Public-domain texts are published in full; quotations from works still in copyright stay short and always carry their source, as art. 70 of the Italian copyright law provides. The limit lives in the schema, not in good intentions.
